Welcome to wanpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wanpkr platform, accessible at wanpkr.cam ("Platform", "Site"), operated by wanpkr ("we", "us", "our").
wanpkr is an online gaming information platform. We provide educational content, platform guides, bonus term explanations and general information about online sports betting and casino games. wanpkr does not operate a casino or sportsbook, does not accept real-money deposits on its own behalf, and does not facilitate real-money wagers directly. In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the Platform — whether by navigating to wanpkr.cam, creating an Account, using any feature of the Site, or reading any Content — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 12) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and wanpkr. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in this Agreement shall apply to that entity accordingly.
To register an Account and access the full features of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence. wanpkr operates an adults-only platform. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or accessing any age-restricted Content on the Platform.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not register an Account.
You are responsible for verifying that accessing and using wanpkr — and, separately, any online gambling platform to which we may refer — is lawful in your jurisdiction. wanpkr makes no representation that its Content or any operator's services are available or legal in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling information or services are prohibited is at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.
Each individual may register only one Account on wanpkr. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balances and referral to relevant authorities.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on wanpkr:
Age Verification: wanpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure. We take our obligations regarding underage gambling prevention seriously and will act accordingly.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wanpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify wanpkr immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. wanpkr reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account at its discretion if a breach of these Terms is identified, or if required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may read, browse and use informational Content for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent from wanpkr.
You must not, and must not attempt to, do any of the following:
wanpkr takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Platform is accurate and up to date. However, all Content is provided for informational purposes only. Bonus figures, game details, payment method information and promotional descriptions are illustrative and subject to change. Users must independently verify all material information with the relevant operator before acting on it.
wanpkr is an informational platform and does not itself process deposits or withdrawals of real money. All financial transactions occur between you and the relevant third-party operator. This section provides general guidance on how deposits and withdrawals typically function and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific process, timeline or outcome.

Most operators require KYC verification before processing withdrawals. This typically involves submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address and, in some cases, source-of-funds documentation. Delays in providing satisfactory documentation will delay withdrawal processing.
Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by operator, payment method and account tier. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Always confirm the exact wagering requirement with the operator before claiming any bonus.
Attempting to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus mechanisms — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to circumvent rollover requirements, or collusion with other users — is strictly prohibited. wanpkr grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: download Content for redistribution; modify or create derivative works; use Content in any way that could constitute copyright infringement; or remove or alter any proprietary notices.
References to third-party brand names, payment providers, sports leagues or software companies on the Platform are for descriptive and contextual purposes only. Such references do not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wanpkr, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of revenue.
wanpkr provides informational references to third-party operators. We have no control over the acts or omissions of those operators, the availability of their services, the accuracy of their bonus terms or the outcome of any wager placed on their platforms. wanpkr accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with third-party operators.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, wanpkr's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of PKR 5,000 or the amount actually paid by you to wanpkr (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
wanpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is recorded at the top of this document as the "Effective Date".
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect your rights or obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wanpkr is registered and operates. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures to be determined by wanpkr, unless applicable law requires that disputes be resolved through the courts of your jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause excludes your right to seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that gambling-related matters may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial or territorial legislation in force. wanpkr does not provide legal advice.
